Lokesh Rao Chavan
Founder and Chief Trustee

A visionary leader spearheading the Trust’s mission of Gauseva, rural empowerment, and sustainable green energy ecosystems across Bharat. He leads strategic collaborations in clean energy and bio-CNG initiatives... Lokesh Rao is an experienced Investment Banker, accredited facilitator, skilled negotiator and also a management consultant who is deeply committed to client experience, with a demonstrated history of working in the Financial Services and HR industry. With a career spanning over 20+ years of strong global experience working with international organizations specifically in learning & development, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, Financial Solutions, Lokesh Rao is credited with mentoring over 800+ leaders in multiple domains, in India, Africa, UAE. Lokesh Rao specializes in executive presence, customer service and high impact persuasion skills with CXO’s, Senior Leaders and high potential managers. He currently renders his services to top financial institutions and world-class companies. In his previous roles, he served in Large Corporate Banking for MNC Bank (Bangalore), and was responsible for delivering Business Solutions to many companies.

Shri Sunil Tiwari is a senior political and social leader from Uttar Pradesh, currently serving as: Senior Leader, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Uttar Pradesh National Executive Committee Member, BJP Kisan Morcha Managing Director, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Research Institute, Lucknow Former President, Student Union (Saket), Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya He brings extensive grassroots experience and a lifelong commitment to agriculture-led rural empowerment. His association with the Trust strengthens our mission of Gau Seva, Natural Farming, and Village-Based Economic Transformation rooted in dharmic and self-reliant values.

Rakesh Kumar Sharma
Head – Global Affairs & Strategic Alliances Core Team Member, Sanatan Saket Divya Dham Trust

Rakesh Kumar Sharma is an experienced international leader and the current National Executive and Chairperson of Quebec Trade & Business of Canada India Global Forum (CIGF), based in Montréal, Canada. He has played a vital role in strengthening Canada–India relations through strategic trade, cultural exchange, and diplomatic networking. With decades of experience in fostering global partnerships, Mr. Sharma brings a strong commitment to building international support for rural empowerment, Gaushala-based development, and sustainable energy initiatives led by the Trust. As Head of Global Affairs & Strategic Alliances,he will play a key role in mobilizing global resources, engaging the Indian diaspora, and aligning our vision with international development partners.

Prof. Mahabala Adiga
Core Member & Subject Specialist – CNG Gas, Hydrogen Gas, Solar Power, Green Energy & Water Technologies

Bhatnagar Award-winning Scientist | President & CTO, Sunnyfuels LLC (USA) Former Research Professor, University of Toledo, USA Prof. Mahabala Adiga is an internationally respected scientist, innovator, and educator with over 50 years of global experience in cutting-edge green energy systems, including CNG gas from biomass, hydrogen fuel technologies, solar power, and membrane-based clean water solutions. Areas of Expertise: CNG Gas Production from Biomass & Organic Waste Hydrogen Fuel Cells & Green Hydrogen Systems Solar Energy for Rural Electrification Water Desalination & Recycling using Advanced Membrane Technologies Key Contributions: Developed the world’s first solar-electrodialysis desalination system (Thar Desert, India, 1985) Led solar-hydrogen-fuel cell projects funded by U.S. Department of Energy and showcased in the U.S. Senate Holds multiple U.S. patents and has guided large-scale clean energy programs across India, USA, France, Singapore, and Canada Collaborated with global institutions such as NREL (USA) and Veolia Water (France) Prof. Adiga continues to focus on low-cost, high-impact technologies for biofuel production, clean water access, and energy self-reliance—with a mission to uplift rural and underserved communities through sustainable innovation

Dr. N. Vasudevan
Core Team Member & Subject Head – Infrastructure, Waste Management & Renewable Energy

Areas of Specialization: Infrastructure Planning Wastewater Treatment Solid Waste Management Renewable Energy Solutions (Solar, Bio-CNG, Hydrogen) Dr. N. Vasudevan brings decades of expertise in urban and rural infrastructure, sustainable waste management, and clean energy technologies. His guidance strengthens the Trust’s focus on scalable, eco-friendly solutions for holistic rural development. He currently serves as: National President, Narendra Modi Vichar Manch National President, National Problem and Survey Forum With his visionary leadership and deep-rooted commitment to clean energy, public systems, and inclusive progress, Dr. Vasudevan plays a key role in advancing the Trust’s mission of Gaushala-based rural transformation and green infrastructure deployment.

Shridevi Lokesh
Trustee and Treasurer

Ensures financial discipline, CSR compliance, and responsible use of resources in all Trust projects, including renewable energy and bio-waste management initiatives.

Dileep Sharma
Trustee

Actively engaged in community mobilization, Dileep Sharma supports on-ground implementation of organic farming and renewable energy projects.
